CEIE is pleased to welcome Dr. Deborah Goodings who is the new Department Chair and second holder of the Sidney O. Dewberry Endowed Chair for Civil, Environmental and Infrastructure Engineering. Dr. Michael Bronzini, the first holder, retired from the Department in August. Dr. Goodings comes to us from the University of Maryland where she was a Professor of Geotechnical Engineering, Co-Director of the Engineering and Public Policy Program, and Faculty Advisor for the Engineers Without Borders (EWB) Chapter.
