Carlos Flores Garay has been been selected to received the SAME NOVA Post Student Member of the Year Award. Carlos, a CEIE undergraduate, is the 2010 GMU SAME president and also a SAME scholarship recipient. Carlos will be honored at the March Luncheon at Fort Belvoir’s Officers Club. He is a nominee, also, for the SAME National Student Leadership Medal.
