Adjunct faculty, Computer-Aided Design
David Donahue, an adjunct faculty member, has been teaching Engineering Computer Graphics in the Civil, Environmental, and Infrastructure Engineering Department since 2008. He is also an Engineering Manager with the Arlington County Department of Environmental Services. In his career with Arlington, he has held the titles of Engineering Design Supervisor, Construction Management Supervisor and Engineering Division Chief. Mr. Donahue focuses on infrastructure management for Arlington County’s water, sanitary sewer, storm water and roadways. Mr. Donahue’s current work involves managing the water and sanitary sewer Capital Improvement Programs, managing consultants, contractors and staff, supporting DES infrastructure operations and developing an asset management program.
